In the course of my career, I have actively participated in challenging projects in various industries. As we know that no project is a one-man show, we value and under scribe the importance of teamwork in any phase of any project. Unfortunately we also see a pitfall in teamwork; the increasing desire to discuss a situation, to consult all areas of expertise and to detail another alternative and consequently postpone a much needed decision. Therefore we strongly believe that teamwork is essential, but indecisiveness is killing.

​I have a strong focus on common sense and consider it on of my core competencies. Using our common sense, the goal is to find the most practical, easy, cheapest and quickest solution for your challenges.

After graduating as a mechanical engineer I started my career at Boskalis working offshore. Later I have worked as a Project Manager for various companies in the heavy lifting and process industrie.

I am able to quickly assess technical and operational challenges to create and execute a plan to get the job done.
