Project Management

From the initial stage of your project, focussing on design and procurement, to the final hand-over of your project to your customer, GBV Project Management can manage your project. Whether it is the design engineer or CEO within your organization or your customer or suppliers, I comfortably manage all interactions and interests. With a hand-on and practical approach I always look for the practical and quick solution to any challenge to stay on time and on budget.

Site Management & Commissioning

You’ve scored a good project, congratulations! The design, management and manufacturing have all been completed in-house at your local facilities. Now you only need to ship, install and commission the equipment at a location far from your factory. Your engineers are already working on new projects, your project manager is also managing 2 other projects still being manufactured and you have no resources available to go to site and manage the commissioning phase.

GBV Project Management can support you during remote installation and commissioning activities:

• On site preparations prior to your equipment arrival.
• Liaising with your client, other contractors, local authorities and/or certification agencies.
• Assembly of your equipment (supervising a team of engineers).
• Site acceptance tests.
• Reporting project status and progress in the format you request.

Design verification / support

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in various different industries/projects I’ve gained knowledge and experience in a lot of different fields.
